Team Building: Recharging for the Next Leap Forward

The continued expansion of Shanghai Superconductor since 2022 has been fundamental to delivering exceptional outcomes: achieving tenfold production growth, advancing core technologies, overcoming critical bottlenecks, earning global customer recognition, and breaking ground on PHASE III Expansion. Each accomplishment reflects our team's expertise, relentless effort, and deep commitment to our mission.

With the intense focus required to drive this progress, a formal company-wide offsite had been postponed for three consecutive years. This autumn, we finally set aside three days to take a break. Shanghai Superconductor’s offsite in Anji, Zhejiang carried a clear goal—“pause briefly, then accelerate.”

This offsite included icebreakers, camping and BBQ, bonfire night, hiking across scenic trails, and hilltop views. It blended the joy of singing with the coherence of teamwork, deepening mutual understanding amidst laughter, and building consensus through challenges—proving that only when personal ambition is forged into shared belief can we unite to lead in industry development.

Shanghai Superconductor will continue to demonstrate that a clear, common vision transforms individual effort into collective excellence—and turns ambitious goals into tangible milestones. Recharged and realigned, we are now prepared to leap forward.
