Shanghai Superconductor was awarded the second prize in the Shanghai regional final of the 2021"Maker China"competition

On September 9, the 2021 Shanghai “Maker China” SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition final was held in Zhangjiang. This year, nearly 600 projects were registered, with 334 projects passing the preliminary selection. Ultimately, 26 companies, including Shanghai Superconductor, entered the final competition. The participating companies covered a wide range of fields, including artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, and biomedicine.

Deputy Director Rong Zhiqin of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Executive Deputy Director Peng Song of the Shanghai Science and Innovation Office, and other officials attended the event and delivered speeches. Experts such as Vice President Zhang Xiangyang of the Shanghai Equity Investment Association participated as judges in the competition.

After several rounds of fierce competition, Shanghai Superconductor stood out in the final with its outstanding product capabilities and excellent innovation capabilities, winning the second prize in the Shanghai regional final.。

The 2021 Shanghai “Maker China” SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the selection of the Top 50 Most Investment-Potential Startups, the Shanghai regional “Battle of the Gods” competition, and the selection of unicorn potential enterprises were jointly organized under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance. The event was hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization and the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, and co-organized by the Shanghai Coordination Office for Promoting the Development of SMEs, the Shanghai SME Development Service Center, the Shanghai Investment Promotion Service Center, the Shanghai International Equity Investment Fund Association, the Shanghai Equity Investment Association, the Shanghai Venture Capital Association, Alibaba Cloud Innovation Center, the Shanghai Caohejing Emerging Technology Development Zone, and the Shanghai Zhangjiang High-Tech Entrepreneurship Service Center.
