Superconductivity in School - Planting Seeds for a More Sustainable Tomorrow
2026-03-26
On March 25th, SST stepped into Pudong Experimental School Affiliated to Fudan University, a local primary school, to share the wonder of high temperature superconductors and fusion with Grade 1 and Grade 6 students.

From demonstrations of liquid nitrogen and the Meissner effect to hands-on maglev experiments, the classroom was brimming with curiosity. Several future engineers even stepped up to take the lead-showcasing their enthusiasm and eagerness to explore.
This wasn’t just a lecture-it was our way of demonstrating our social commitment. As our mission states, “Tape superconductivity to the world”, and that journey includes inspiring the next generation.

The students and teachers on campus enjoyed many takeaways from such an energetic and “superconducting” day. Looking ahead, SST remains committed to bringing cutting-edge science to more schools-helping nurture the future scientists and engineers who will shape a more sustainable tomorrow.
