Recently, the Energy Singularity announced the successful winding of the first toroidal field coil (TF) magnet of Honghuang 70 (HH70) HTS Tokamak device and subsequently will use 12 TF magnets of the same size and parameters to form a toroidal magnetic field. 。

Honghuang 70 is a full HTS tokamak being developed by Energy Singularity. It is scheduled to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2023. As the core material supplier of the Energy Singularity, Shanghai Superconductor will provide all the high-performance superconducting tapes required for the Honghuang 7ZZ0 device.。
